Low Dose Naltrexone
Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) can be used for a number of indications including: Chronic Pain, inflammatory conditions, weight loss, and curbing opiate & alcohol cravings. LDN is thought to modulate the immune system and reduces inflammation by temporarily blocking opioid receptors, leading to an increase in the body’s endorphin production. Use of LDN is part of ongoing research and indications to validate efficacy among various conditions.

Age Management
Sermorelin
Sermorelin is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) produced in the pituitary gland. The main role of GHRH is to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone into the bloodstream, which may aid in regulating metabolism. This, in turn, may improve body composition by aiding with glycolysis (sugar metabolism) and lipolysis (fat metabolism). Sermorelin is also used to counteract the natural decline in human growth hormone (HGH) levels as a result of age. While the body naturally loses muscle mass and bone density, sermorelin may help fight these changes and promote the development and maintenance of lean muscle mass. By stimulating the release of growth hormone to facilitate anabolic boost (muscle growth), sermorelin aids athletic performance by breaking down into nitrous oxide and providing more oxygen to the muscles. Additionally, older studies suggest that Sermorelin may help to regulate insulin sensitivity and improve sleep quality.

Wellness
1. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme essential to cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, DNA repair, and metabolic processes. NAD+ levels decline with aging and may also be influenced by metabolic and oxidative stress.
NAD+ therapy is designed to support cellular metabolism and energy pathways by increasing NAD+ availability. Emerging research continues to explore its potential role in healthy aging, metabolic health, cognitive function, sleep and cellular resilience.
At Valiva Health, NAD+ therapy is offered as a wellness-focused, medically supervised treatment and is individualized based on each patient's health history and goals.
2. Glutathione is a naturally occurring antioxidant composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glycine, and glutamate. Produced throughout the body, it plays an important role in antioxidant defense, cellular protection, immune function, and normal liver detoxification pathways.
Glutathione helps neutralize reactive oxygen species and supports the body's ability to manage oxidative stress, while also participating in cellular metabolism and the recycling of other antioxidants.
Glutathione therapy is used to supplement the body's natural antioxidant defenses. Research continues to explore its potential role in oxidative stress, cellular health, and healthy aging.
At Valiva Health, glutathione is offered as a wellness-focused, medically supervised therapy and is individualized based on each patient's health history and goals.
3. Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that plays an important role in calcium absorption, bone and muscle health, immune function and neurologic function. The body naturally produces vitamin D when the skin is exposed to sunlight, and it can also be obtained through certain foods and supplementation.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is an effective form of supplementation used to prevent or correct vitamin D deficiency. Low vitamin D levels can contribute to impaired bone mineralization and, when significant, may be associated with muscle weakness, bone discomfort, and fatigue.
For patients with documented deficiency or inadequate vitamin D intake, supplementation can help restore and maintain appropriate levels. Injectable vitamin D3 may be considered when clinically appropriate based on individual risk factors, laboratory results, absorption concerns, and treatment goals.
At Valiva Health, vitamin D therapy is individualized and medically supervised, with laboratory monitoring when indicated to support safe and appropriate supplementation.
4. L-Lysine is one of nine essential amino acids that the body cannot produce and therefore must obtain through diet or supplementation. It serves as a building block for proteins and contributes to tissue growth and repair, collagen formation, carnitine production, and calcium metabolism.
L-lysine is perhaps best known for its potential role in supporting individuals with recurrent herpes simplex virus (HSV), including cold sores. Some studies suggest adequate lysine intake or supplementation may help reduce the frequency or severity of recurrent outbreaks in certain individuals, although clinical evidence remains mixed.
Lysine also contributes to normal protein synthesis and tissue repair, making adequate intake important for overall health and recovery.
At Valiva Health, L-lysine supplementation is offered when clinically appropriate and individualized according to dietary intake, health history, symptoms, and wellness goals.

Hormone Replacement- Women
Millions of women rely on bioidentical hormones to alleviate menopausal difficulties, fertility issues, and hormonal imbalances.
While there are dozens of commercially available hormone products, they often come with limitations. These products serve a broad population rather than the individual. Compounding allows us to address the specific needs of each patient. By customizing the dose and dosage form, and route of administration, we can create a personalized hormone therapy plan.
This individualized approach enables us to titrate the hormones appropriately, achieving the desired clinical effect while minimizing side effects. Every woman is unique and responds to therapy in her own way, making close monitoring and adjustments essential for optimal results.

Viva V® PRP Vaginal Rejuvenation
Because intimate health deserves a wellness plan too.
A regenerative approach to vaginal and intimate wellness using your own platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to support healthy tissue and sexual function.

Hormone Replacement - Men
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or men primarily target testrosterone levels. As men age, their testosterone production decreases, peaking around 20 years of age. Testosterone levels typically decline slowly until about age 30, after which the decrease becomes more rapid.
For younger men, the average testosterone level is around 650 ng/dl. Adult males with levels below 300 ng/dl are considered to have low testosterone (hypogonadism).
While the decline in testosterone is usually gradual, some men may experience sudden changes. HRT can help manage these changes, improving overall health and quality of life.
